How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase or welcome email within the first 7 calendar days and say that you want to use the Perfect Fit guarantee. The request must come from the email address used for your purchase.

If you choose weekly membership

Weekly membership is $47 per week and continues until you cancel. After the 7-day guarantee period, cancel before your next weekly payment to stop future charges. Access ends at the close of your current paid period. Payments already made after the guarantee period are not refunded or prorated.

If you choose monthly membership

Monthly membership is $167 per month and continues until you cancel. After the 7-day guarantee period, cancel before your next monthly payment to stop future charges. Access ends at the close of your current paid period. Payments already made after the guarantee period are not refunded or prorated.

No lock-ins or long-term contracts

There are no lock-ins or long-term contracts. You can cancel either membership option at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and access at the end of the current paid period; it does not convert the account into a free or lifetime membership.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear after it is issued.
